It’s been a busy few months at Sage by Moran as we welcomed the first residents into their brand new apartments.
We threw a welcome to Sage barbecue in early August on the beautiful rooftop pavilion. This was a great chance for everyone to get to know one another. The BBQ was a resounding success, and everyone got to know their neighbours over a glass or two of wine, cementing what will be a fabulous community.
Our residents were saying that it definitely won’t be the last get together they have, and they plan to make it a regular thing. I even heard a couple of people saying that they should meet in the lovely inhouse cinema to watch a movie or a football game together.
Our new residents not only have a beautiful new home but now they will be able to enjoy the stunning resort-style amenities, including the rooftop pavilion and swimming pool, infrared sauna, wine cellar, residents’ lounge, library and cinema.
