Resident wine connoisseur, David, is passionate about Australian wines. His collection of beautiful wines is vast and his knowledge incredible.
He has even decorated our very own Sage wine cellar with wine cases above the racks to give it a more authentic look.
You will often find him down in the cellar, tasting or collecting one of his wines to share with friends.
